- If available, you’re welcome to bring supporting documentation such as certifications, appraisals, or purchase receipts. These are helpful but not required.
- All silver items must display a recognized hallmark (such as 925, STER, or Sterling) to be eligible for purchase.
- Please note that due to the limited workspace in our stores, the scales and testing equipment may face the Precious Metals Analysts during the evaluation process. If possible, they are happy to turn the equipment towards you or provide photos of the display upon request.
